The carefully balanced formula combines four selected bacterial strains with ashwagandha extract and vitamin B6. Ashwagandha is a plant that has been valued for centuries in the Ayurvedic tradition and, together with microencapsulated, gastro-resistant cultures, complements the formula. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
