After skincare and before makeup, apply 1 to 2 pumps of ReEvolve Radiance Locking Primer to the face with the fingertips, massaging it into the skin as you would a moisturizer.

Shake Radiance Lock Setting Mist well before use. After applying makeup, hold the bottle 8 to 10 inches away from the face and mist evenly over the skin, keeping the eyes and mouth closed. Use as the final step to set makeup and reapply throughout the day as needed.
