This product features a carefully selected blend of HydroCurc® (curcumin), UC-II® (undenatured type II collagen), maritime pine bark extract and vitamin C. These ingredients have been studied in the context of joint and connective tissue health. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones. The formulation also includes antioxidant-rich plant extracts, used to complement an active lifestyle and provide nutritional support as part of a balanced diet.

Take two capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening, with food.
Other ingredients:
- Rice flour as bulking agent to ensure the capsule is completely full (active ingredients may not take up enough space), aiding in consistent manufacturing and dosing
- Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) as glazing agent in form of a vegetable capsule shell
