Biodegradable serum-infused hydrogel patches, with an active ingredient blend including ectoin to soothe, biomimetic hyaluronic acid to hydrate and caffeine to energize under-eyes. Puffiness is reduced and the under-eye area is left looking smoother, fresher and brighter.
