Shake well and apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Close eyes and mouth. Mist onto face evenly, holding bottle 10 - 12 inches away. Wait a few seconds for mist to settle before opening eyes and mouth.

Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
