Apply your favorite Joonbyrd body serum, lotion or butter. Hold your body gua sha at a 15 degree angle. Starting with your arms and legs, glide firmly over the skin, using sweeping strokes towards your heart. Apply 3-5 strokes per area and repeat until all areas have been covered.
