• There are three main forms of laxative products: stimulant laxative, bulking laxative, osmotic laxative (Regularity Relief).
• Stimulant laxatives act on the nervous system to cause the colon to contract to make a stool pass, however consistent use of these products is not advised and can cause issues to the nerves in your colon, as well as causing diarrhea.
• Bulking laxatives are usually fibre based products which literally bulk a stool. Long-term use of bulking laxatives can result in laxative dependency and resilience to go to the bathroom naturally.
• Our blend of magnesium citrate and marshmallow root works as an osmotic laxative, meaning that it helps move the process along naturally by simply drawing water to the colon. Our formula is non-habit forming, meaning that unlike traditional laxatives, your digestion will not slow down due to use.
• Empty one packet into a small amount of hot water, allow to fizz and dissolve, then drink.
