On the scalp: For scalp care, apply directly to the roots and gently massage into the scalp using your fingertips. The oil is designed to feel light and comfortable on the scalp, making it suitable for regular use.
Rinse out thoroughly with BLID Shampoo, massaging gently to cleanse the scalp and hair before continuing with your routine.

- Evening before wash day: Apply Hair Oil No.1 to the scalp in the evening before wash day and massage gently using your fingertips. Leave on overnight to allow the oil to sit comfortably on the scalp. - Daytime sleek bun or low style: Apply a small amount to the scalp and smooth the hair into a sleek bun or low ponytail.
