- Genmaicha is a celebrated and popular tea from Japan that is a mix of Sencha green tea and roasted rice. Here we take a twist on the classic: making it in powder form for a super latte packed with clean green energy and delicious toasty notes of grilled rice. Toasty and comforting, with less bitterness than matcha, the ami-yaki rice is roasted over an open flame, adding yummy ‘popcorn’ notes, while the Sencha brings a fresh, delicate green tea flavor.
Soluble beverage. Enjoy as latte hot or iced, just add water and milk.
