Thanks to an innovative combination of wax, powder and oil, the pencil not only offers the optimal fusion of hardness and softness but is smudge-proof to boot. In addition, the formulation has a nourishing effect thanks to antioxidant vitamin E.

Usage

- Use the brush side of the pencil to comb the brows into shape and use THE SHAPER to draw where there are gaps or where the eyebrow could use a little more shape or color to look expressive.
