Use daily AM and/or PM.
Use as a toner: After cleansing, soak a cotton pad and sweep across face, neck, and décolletage, Use anywhere you need a hydrating boost.
Use as an essence-serum: Splash on a generous amount all over face and gently pat into skin to absorb.
Can be used around the eyes. Follow with serum and moisturizer as desired.
