This True Biome powder is neutral in taste, making it easy to add to water or any hot or cold drink of your choice.
For optimal benefits, we recommend using it daily and consistently.
Suggested daily use: It is recommended to take 6 g per day. Mix with 250 ml of your chosen drink and stir well. If you have a sensitive digestive system or are new to these ingredients, start with half a serving (3 g) for the first few days, then gradually increase to a full serving (6 g) as your body adjusts.
