Gently press the velour applicator onto the mesh to pick up powder, then tap off any excess. Lightly press the powder onto skin to set makeup.
For a soft-focus finish, apply sparingly under the eyes and across the complexion.
For a more defined effect, apply a more generous amount to targeted areas such as under the eyes, along the cheekbones or down the center of the face. Allow to set briefly, then remove any excess powder.
