Use two to three times a day.
For best results, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
Of Course I Still Luv You Mouthwash:
Use the rinse once or twice daily after brushing your teeth.
Rinse with your mouth closed for 30-60 seconds, then spit out.
The mouthwash is a supplement - not a substitute - for regular dental care.
Do not rinse your mouth with water after use.
