The practical spray format allows absorption via the oral mucosa – ideal for children who prefer not to take tablets or capsules.

- AM+PM – The Essentials is a specially developed nutritional supplement spray set for children aged 1 and up – with age-appropriate dosages and a practical spray format.
- The liquid form allows for easy and convenient use.
- The formulas are based on carefully selected, partly patented branded ingredients: Quatrefolic® (bioactive folate), Vegan Vitashine® (plant-based vitamin D3), vitaMK7® (highly bioavailable vitamin K2) and AlphaMega (microalgae oil with DHA).
- Vegan, and free from gluten, soy, lactose, nuts, palm oil, alcohol, sweeteners and sugar.
- Clean formula – without fillers or unnecessary additives.

The formula contains:
AM Spray:
- Folate contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.*
Vitamin B12 contributes to the formation of red blood cells and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function and the normal function of the thyroid.*
- Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.*
PM Spray:
- Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and the normal function of the immune system.*
- Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium.*
- Vitamin K2 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting.*
- Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.*
- DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. (The beneficial effect of DHA is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg).*

3 sprays under the tongue in the morning (AM SPRAY) and 3 sprays in the afternoon (PM SPRAY). Or both sprays in the morning.

As with any dietary supplement, consult your doctor before using this product, in particular children 1-3 years. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Not recommended for people with thyroid disorders and people under anticoagulant treatment.
