This liquid eyeliner is designed with a soft tip applicator for easy and precise application. Behind it is the "Capillary System" technology, which always releases a perfect amount of texture. This ensures maximum control during application and allows a very finely drawn or intense look to succeed. The waterproof and vegan formula is enriched with high-purity carbon black pigments and a blend of film formers for long-lasting, deep black results.

- The high purity carbon black pigments guarantee a dramatically bold and deep black effect.

- The blend of film formers has adhesive properties and makes the ink ultra flexible to create an effect that lasts all day.

Shake well before use and store it horizontally for best performance.

- Draw a thin line across the top lash line starting at the inner corner and moving to outer corner of the eye.

- Repeat until you obtain the desired shape and thickness of your line.

- For cat eyes, extend the line inward a bit at the inner corners of the eyes.
