General Terms & Conditions of Participation
The organizer and responsible party for the execution of the giveaway is NICHE-BEAUTY.COM GmbH, Spitalerstraße 9, 20095 Hamburg.
The giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, or organized by Instagram. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway should be directed to NICHE-BEAUTY.COM GmbH, not Instagram.
1. Participation
Participation is free and not dependent on a purchase or any other contractual agreement.Multiple entries are not allowed.

Winners will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the conditions.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts, or other methods to increase their chances of winning, manipulate the giveaway or process, or otherwise violate these terms and conditions, without prior notice. In the event of exclusion, prizes and benefits may be revoked and reclaimed, even retroactively.Participation from giveaway agencies and other automatically generated mass submissions is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining winners.
6. Interruption and Suspension of the Giveaway
The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, particularly network, electronic, or computer failures.The organizer reserves the right to suspend the giveaway entirely or temporarily if any difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the giveaway.
Participants accept any necessary changes to the giveaway caused by factors beyond the control of the companies involved in its execution.
7. Privacy Notice
We process your data (name and address) to contact winners and send the prizes. After the giveaway concludes, your data will be stored for 3 years from the end of the calendar year. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO in connection with the contract.You have the right to free information about the data stored about you. If the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to correct, block, or delete this data.
