Winter Forest Meets a Fireside: Fir is one of Trudon’s iconic winter scents and captures precisely that special moment when the scent of fresh fir branches awakens the first thoughts of Christmas.
Green, aromatic notes of conifers meet the warm, resinous depth of myrrh and frankincense absolute. The result is reminiscent of a walk through a quiet winter forest—clear and intense, yet wonderfully cozy. Gradually, a warm, almost smoky atmosphere develops, evoking images of fir foliage, crackling firewood, and the anticipation of the Christmas tree.

- Trudon candles are crafted at the company’s own factory in Normandy using expertise passed down through generations of master candlemakers.
- The candles are made with a specially developed wax blend that is tailored to each fragrance profile and promotes optimal fragrance release.
- The wicks are selected to match the shape and size of each container to ensure the candle burns as evenly as possible.
Let the candle burn until the entire surface of the wax has melted evenly.
During the first third of the burning time, let it burn for no more than 2 hours at a time; after that, burn it for no more than 1 hour at a time to preserve the fragrance quality.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not place in a draft.
Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and other flammable materials.
If the wick needs to be re-centered, carefully realign it while the wax is still liquid.
Allow the wax to harden completely before relighting the candle.
If black smoke appears, trim the tip of the wick. The wick should always be clean and no longer than 5 mm.
Always protect the surface where the candle is placed, for example, with a coaster or a wooden or ceramic plate.
Do not let the candle burn down completely. At least 5 mm of unmelted wax should remain at the bottom.
Store in a dry place at a temperature that remains as constant as possible between approximately 16 and 27 °C.
For optimal fragrance quality, light the candle for the first time within 2 months of receipt.
Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
