• Powered by clarifying Witch Hazel.

• Twice daily after cleansing, apply to skin with a cotton ball or pad.
• Wipe in sweeping, outward motions until the cotton comes up clean.
• Avoid eye area.
• If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water.
