Heleyne Mishan-Tamir is a fashion and beauty entrepreneur with over twenty years of industry experience. Heleyne started her career in corporate fashion and moved into the retail sector at age 23 when she opened the award-winning cantaloup boutiques in New York City. In 2013, Heleyne co-founded Surratt Beauty which has since received critical acclaim from makeup artists and clients alike. Heleyne has been featured in numerous magazines including Vogue. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and children and is devoted to inspiring the next generation of female entrepreneurs through her continuous mentorship and involvement with many female-led programs.
