Description

A gentle eye-makeup dissolving oil enhanced with hydrating Tocopherol, and Blue Chamomile to soothe and calm the sensitive skin around the eyes.

Usage

• Apply Five to seven drops to a damp cotton pad and press into skin around the eyes, pausing to allow the makeup's oils to begin dissolving.
• Repeat with sweeping strokes.
