"Strictly selective" stands for the portfolio of NICHE-BEAUTY.COM GmbH. Niche Beauty is an e-commerce platform with a wide selection of luxury cosmetic brands from all over the world. Many of our brands are often only known to beauty insiders and experts and our goal is to provide a curated shopping experience with the best brands carefully selected for our customers. Since 2019, Niche Beauty is part of the DOUGLAS Group, the leading provider of premium beauty and health in Europe.
Your tasks:
  • You will be leading the “Niche Beauty App” project by having close contact with developers, designers and intern teams
  • Track customer insights from various channels
  • Develop projects to increase customer satisfaction
  • Preparation of reports for all Niche Beauty markets and channels and derivation of suggestions for improvement
  • Be the voice of the external performance marketing team
Your profile:
  • First experience in agile project management, performance marketing or business development
  • Extensive knowledge in Office Suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, incl. first experience in Jira and Adobe Analytics
  • Fundamental understanding of eCommerce business, especially in luxury consumer goods
  • Strong combination of analytical thinking, technical understanding, and creativity
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial spirit, responsible and team player
  • Fluency in English and German

To drive our continued growth and enhance customer retention, we are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will bring a deeper expertise in CRM and loyalty programs, with a proven track record of developing and expanding loyalty strategies.
Your tasks:

As a CRM Manager, you will be a key part of our E-Commerce team, collaborating closely with the CRM & Loyalty Managers and the Project Manager. Your primary focus will be on optimizing contact channels to foster stronger customer relationships and scaling our loyalty program across international markets.

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the design, development, and execution of email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and CRM marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the broader customer engagement strategy.
  • Channel Management: Leverage and manage various contact channels (email, SMS, app push notifications, etc.) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyse the performance of CRM campaigns, drawing actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Channel Campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated cross-channel campaigns that enhance the customer journey and meet business objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Implement robust A/B testing strategies to refine campaign tactics and validate optimization hypotheses.
  • Loyalty Program Strategy and Expansion: Take a leading role in further developing and expanding our loyalty program, with a focus on personalization and engagement across European markets. Tailor loyalty initiatives to meet the specific needs of each market.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Brand, E-Commerce teams, and external service providers to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment.
Your profile:
  • Education: Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or customer engagement, preferably within E-Commerce. Significant experience in developing and managing loyalty programs is required. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Emarsys, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a must.
  • Loyalty Program Expertise: Demonstrable experience in creating and managing loyalty programs, with an understanding of international market dynamics and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and technical expertise, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
  • Work Style: Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German; additional European language skills are a plus. French or Dutch preferred.
