Adapt' Âscend is a concentrated fluid for ingestion that works with the energetic properties of flower essences to restore harmony to the body, mind and spirit. It works against negative emotions, tiredness and fatigue and promotes a restful calm.

- Protects against fatigue and tiredness.

- Promotes vitality or relaxation, depending on dosage.

- Works with Ashwagandha, one of the most revered Ayurvedic tonics known for its nourishing effects for the body and rejuvenating properties.

- For focused energy, take 15 drops in water. For improved sleep, take up to 30 drops.

- Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Drops may be taken on an empty stomach, before or after meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. This formula is very concentrated, so shake well before use.
