Always begin on cleansed skin, applying Mist and Nectar beforehand to create a light buffer.
 
Start at the center of the forehead and glide both wands outward toward the temples.
 
Contour brows by gliding the rounded side over the arches and outward toward the temples with gentle lifting motions.
 
Depuff eyes by gliding the tips from the inner corners outward across the lids.
 
Sculpt cheeks by gliding from the corners of the nose upward toward the ears.
 
Ease jaw tension by smoothing from the corners of the mouth outward and up to the ears.
For lymphatic drainage, hold the wands under the chin, glide along the jawline toward the ears, then move down each side of the neck.
 
Repeat each motion at least ten times.

Thermotherapy ritual:
