Yuzu is a familiar citrus of Japan and is used in the same way as lemons are, to add freshness, acidity, and toppings to dishes. This citrus fragrance is full of sizzle and expresses everything about yuzu, from the astringency of its peel to the sweet and sour taste of its pulp. A fine citrus accord of bergamot and orange with the distinguishing presence of yuzu and herbal thyme. Yuzu adds to the perfume a bittersweet accent. The lustrous aroma of Japanese citrus yuzu is sensuously fresh and elegantly sweet.
