Hot Lips 2 was created in collaboration with incredible icons; rule breakers, record makers and history shakers! Charlotte using Charlotte’s iconic Matte Revolution formula, this lipstick is a soft, berry-pink matte lipstick, moisturising and hydrating for kissably soft lips.

To use, first apply Lip Cheat lip liner, redefining, reshaping & resizing your lips by outlining just past your natural lip line. Fill in your lips for added intensity.
Apply your lipstick either straight from the bullet or use the Lip Brush for a super precise finish.
