THE NICHE BEAUTY CLUB Terms and Conditions of Participation
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in THE NICHE BEAUTY CLUB (“Program”).1. General Provisions

1.2. Eligibility for Participation
All natural persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the Program. Companies, legal entities, and other organizations are not permitted to participate.
You must also have an active Niche Beauty customer account with a valid email address used as your username.
Your Niche Beauty customer account is non-transferable and may only be used for your personal and private purposes. The Program is intended exclusively for your own purchases.
1.3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract for participation in the Program is concluded once we accept your application (for example, by confirming it on our website).
1.4. Features of THE NICHE BEAUTY CLUB Program

The key features of the Program are:
- You collect points with your purchases at Niche Beauty, which you can redeem for rewards.
- The applicable rewards are those listed on the website at: https://www.niche-beauty.com/en-de/the-club.
The scope of services and functions available within the Program are defined in these Terms. Beyond these Terms, there is no entitlement to any specific design or feature of the Program. Detailed descriptions of the Program’s functions and benefits can be found on our website.
1.5. Collecting Points
As a participant, you can collect points when purchasing goods in the Niche Beauty online shop. Additional (extra) points may be earned through special promotions.
Each point collected earns you a corresponding status point.
To receive credit for points, you must be logged into your Niche Beauty online account when placing your order. If you learn about THE CLUB only after your purchase via the order confirmation page, you may register afterward, and the points for the most recent order prior to registration will be credited.
If a contract for which points were awarded is reversed (e.g., cancellation, annulment, withdrawal, exchange), or in cases of error or misuse (e.g., sharing an account to collect points from purchases made by others), Niche Beauty reserves the right to cancel the respective points.
1.6. Points Balance
Your collected points are credited to an account maintained by us. You may view your current points balance at any time in the THE CLUB section of the online shop or in the Niche Beauty app. We may also send notifications about your points balance via email and/or post.
Objections to the accuracy or completeness of the communicated points balance must be submitted in writing or in text form (e.g., email) no later than one month after receiving the notification. Failure to object in time is considered acceptance of the points balance.
You may request a correction even after this acceptance; however, you must then provide evidence of any inaccuracy.
1.7. Purchase of Points
Points cannot be purchased.
1.8. Redeeming Points
You may redeem your collected points for rewards on NICHE-BEAUTY.COM once your points account has sufficient balance.
Reward availability may vary. Available rewards and the required points for each are shown on our website and in any promotional terms published by Niche Beauty.
Cash payouts in exchange for reward points are not possible.
Status points cannot be redeemed.
1.9. Validity of Status Levels and Status Points
Essential & Exclusive:
Status points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. Status points determine your level. After 12 months, a recalculation takes place at the Essential and Exclusive levels, and your points balance is reviewed. A downgrade may occur.
VIP:
Status points are valid for 24 months. After 24 months, a recalculation takes place at the VIP level, and a downgrade may occur.
If you reach a higher status level within these periods, you will automatically be upgraded. Higher levels can be achieved by collecting status points. Once you are upgraded, the new status level remains valid for 12 months. You will receive an email notification once you reach a new status level.
1.10. Expiration of Points
Reward points that are collected but not redeemed expire after one year. Expired reward points cannot be redeemed.
1.11. Termination of Contract
Both you and we may terminate your participation in the Program with ordinary notice.
Your notice period: one month.
Our notice period: at least three months.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
After the termination becomes effective, you can no longer collect points.
Your participation is strictly personal and cannot be transferred or inherited. Upon the death of the account holder, the contract automatically terminates without requiring a separate notice. Any remaining points cannot be redeemed.
1.12. Misuse of the Program
If there are objective and documented indications of possible misuse of your account, we may temporarily suspend it. If grounds for extraordinary termination exist, we may alternatively impose a temporary suspension.
1.13. Changes to the Program and these Terms
1.13.1. Changes to the Program
Niche Beauty reserves the right to modify the Program if there is a valid reason, particularly to:
- (i) comply with amended laws or court decisions
- (ii) meet updated technical requirements or other operational needs
- (iii) maintain operations
- (iv) respond to changing market conditions, such as increased user numbers
- (v) improve the Program for your benefit This does not apply to essential changes that modify the primary contractual obligations of the parties. Changes will not result in additional costs for you. Niche Beauty will inform you clearly and understandably of any changes.
If any such change significantly impairs your access to or use of the Program, you have the right to terminate the contract immediately and at no cost. Points remaining at the time of extraordinary termination expire. Notifications about changes will include details of the change and your right of termination.
These Terms also apply to the amended version of the Program.
1.14. Transfer to Third Parties
Transferring points to third parties is only possible with our consent.
1.15. Changes to Your Contact Information
You must inform us promptly of any changes to your name and/or contact details. Name changes must be submitted in writing. Address changes can be made directly in your online account or communicated by phone or email.
1.16. Superbrands
Enjoy exclusive benefits as a club member: Save up to 3 Superbrands and enjoy 15% off every order from these brands - up to a defined limit. Your selected Superbrands can be redefined every three months. Within this period, the 15% discount applies per Supperbrand for orders up to a total value of 2.000 Euro. Not combinable with other promotions.
