Laura Koerver

Laura Koerver's many years in marketing and fashion inspired her to reposition herself. Regular visits to New York and London had introduced her early on to the burgeoning health food scene there. A life changer. It inspired her to make "Clean Eating" better known in Germany and opened "Laura's Deli" in Düsseldorf in 2015. To this day, her focus is on a healthy lifestyle that emphasizes indulgence and nutrient-rich ingredients. This is reflected in her two cookbooks "Kiss The Cook" (2018) and "Keep it easy" (2023).
