Begin by prepping the eye with Next Generation Eye Base Primer. Sweep on and blend out shades with the Eye Basic Brush. Define corners of the eye and trace along the lower lashline. Intensify shimmer and add definition. Pairs perfectly with Luster Glide Eye Liners in Slate, Raven and Violet Damask.
