Usage

Use the spoolie end of the Waterproof Brow Definer to brush the eyebrow downwards. Identify your Start, Arch and End points. With the color end (Ash Blond/Oak Brown) of the Waterproof Brow Definer lightly fill in the hairline with delicate short strokes, following the Start, Arch and End points of the brow.
