*The positive effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin (e.g., 2 sprays) is taken shortly before bedtime. To alleviate jet lag, at least 0.5 mg should be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arrival at the destination.
Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth daily, preferably shortly before bedtime. Shake well before use.
