The bath helps relieve muscle tension and is an ideal post-workout treat. With the immune boosting effect of pine and spruce needle oil, the bath can also help fight the early signs of a cold.

Usage

- Bath for the Senses: Pour 30ml into a full bath. Relax in the warm water for up to 30 minutes and allow the aroma to soothe your body and senses.

- Mountain Pine Bath: Pour 30ml under warm running water and relax in the soothing water for up to 30 minutes.
