Relaxing Bath Salts: For a soothing bath ritual, add the salts to warm water and soak for at least 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can prepare a foot bath.
Exfoliating Foot Scrub: Apply to clean, damp feet, massage gently in circular motions, and then rinse with warm water.
Nourishing Foot Balm: Massage into dry feet in the morning and evening. For very dry skin, apply a thick layer, put on socks, and leave to take effect.
Comforting Dry Oil: Warm in the palms of your hands and massage gently into the body, especially on very dry areas of skin. For intensive care, the oil can be combined with the Foot Balm.
Relief Lotion Tired Leg & Foot: Massage into the skin using upward strokes from the soles of the feet to the lower legs. Reapply as needed.
