- Exfoliate before use. Apply to dry skin, free from moisturizers.
- Apply using a self-tanning mitt in circular motions. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, wrists and hands.
- Allow to develop for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for a deeper tan.
- Rinse off and gently pat skin dry.
- Moisturize daily to maintain results.
