Moisten the teeth with the tongue. Apply strips (on either side) to the upper teeth, avoiding the gum line. Fold the excess strip behind the teeth. The strip will adhere to the teeth. Repeat the process for the lower teeth. Leave the strips on for about 15 minutes until they dissolve.
Warning: Read the instructions for use before use. For adults only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place. The whitening strips are only suitable for natural teeth. Do not use on loose teeth or dentures. Veneers and fillings remain unaffected. Do not use this product if you have gum problems.
