Attar is Monastery's most concentrated formulation — a protective floral treatment built around precious botanical waxes rather than essential oils. Rosa Damascena wax and two forms of jasmine wax (Sambac and Grandiflorum) are the non-volatile compounds left behind after essential oil extraction — heavier, richer, and more concentrated than the oils themselves. The result is a balm-like cofncentrate that melts on contact and seals in deep nourishment.
Attar contains no essential oils making it suitable for sensitive and reactive skin types. Rosehip and hazelnut oils provide the carrier base, delivering skin soothing ximenynic acid and vitamin E alongside the floral waxes. The scent is warm, enveloping rose and jasmine. Customers describe the glow as the dominant result: "The most beautiful glow," "skin looks radiant every morning."

Key ingredients: - Rose: An oil that contains a wealth of benefit for the skin. Rose absolute oil is packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and amino acids, all of which treat aging, irritated and congested skin
- Jasmine Wax: Rich in a variety of active chemical components that are beneficial to the skin. It's an antioxidant, providing protection from environmental stressors. Contains benzoic acid which inhibits bacteria on the skin.
- Hazelnut: This nut oil increases hydration in the epidermis with high levels of Vitamin E, while also providing antibacterial benefits perfect for acne-prone skin.
Apply a thin veil of Attar as your last step to help seal in moisture or a more generous amount for a deeply hydrating overnight treatment. Multi-purpose – may be applied all over or to targeted areas of dryness, irritation, breakouts, or inflammation.
Also beneficial for chapped lips, fragile under eye or neck and decollete.
