(20) Face Care Day Protect with additional UV (SPF 30) and light protection against blue light is a everyday photoprotector. The formula strengthens the skin barrier against external rays and internal moisture loss.
The modern UV filters, a proven combination from Prof. Steinkraus' Sun Protect line, reliably protect the skin from the effects of UVA and UVB radiation and, when used regularly, can effectively reduce the risk of light-induced skin aging and pigmentation irregularities. Carotenoids such as xanthophylls (from the freshwater algae Tetradesmus obliquus) and beta-carotene have an antioxidant effect and help protect against blue light (high-energy visible light).
