Usage

- Aime tongue cleaner should be used in the morning, before eating or drinking to remove the bacteria accumulated on your tongue overnight.

- Hold one end of the tongue cleaner with each hand and place the rounded end on the back of your tongue.

- Scrape your tongue from back to front while applying gentle pressure. Finish in the middle and then several times on each side.

- Observe the yellowish mucus removed from the surface of your tongue each morning (bacteria).

- Simply rinse with water after use and store it in its cotton pouch.
