- Apply to wet hair and massage from root to tip, then rinse.

- For best results, with Briogeo Superfoods™ Follow with Kale + Apple Replenishing Conditioner.

- Briogeo Superfoods™ Kale + Apple Replenishing Conditioner:

- After shampooing, apply to hair and massage in, making sure to apply conditioner evenly .

- Leave on for up to two minutes before rinsing.
