Key ingredients:
- Propylheptyl Caprylate: A clear, oily liquid that acts as a fast-spreading emollient, leaving a soft, hydrated feel on the skin.
- 25% Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (THD): A high dose of oil-soluble, very stable vitamin C ester that is absorbed faster and penetrates deeper into the skin thanks to its fatty acid affinity. There, it works together with vitamin E (tocopherol), naturally present in the skin, to reach the deeper skin support structure through a different pathway than water-soluble ascorbic acid. A powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals and offsets UV damage. Effectively brightens dull, uneven skin by inhibiting melanogenesis (pigment production) and reduces stubborn dark spots, discoloration, and post-acne hyperpigmentation. - Jojoba Oil: This emollient is derived from the seeds of a perennial shrub and is a rich source of various fatty acids and antioxidants. It hydrates the skin in two ways: mixed with sebum, it forms a thin, non-greasy, semi-occlusive layer; and it penetrates through pores and hair follicles into the skin, settling in the intercellular spaces of the outer layer to keep skin soft and supple.
- Unicellular Algae: Derived from green microalgae (Chlorella Vulgaris), a resilient unicellular algae that evolved over 2.5 billion years ago in Earth’s freshwater reservoirs. Rich in lutein, an essential natural antioxidant, it nourishes and protects tissue from the harmful effects of free radicals and their impact on skin aging. It improves skin texture homogeneity and reduces lines and wrinkles.
