Key ingredients:
- Coconut fruit lipids: Instantly improves hydration of scalp to provide balance and protection to the skin barrier
- Artichoke extract: Rich in polyphenols, this extract protects the hair cuticle from pollution to maintain color and shine.
- Hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract: A natural AHA that gently exfoliates the skin and encourages moisture retention
- Babassu oil: A small molecule oil, full of fatty acids to increase elasticity for less breakage and add shine
- Crambe abyssinica oil: Nourishes and penetrates hair shaft to seal in moisture and increase elasticity for less breakage.
- Sweet almond protein: Deeply moisturizes and helps strengthen hair with protein for easier styling
After cleansing, apply a generous amount of Eros on damp hair from roots to end. Massage in, then comb through to fully coat strands. Leave-in for 15-20 minutes before rinsing. Color-treated, dry and damaged hair use 1-2x per week. For maintenance use 1-2x per month.
Hillary Markenson's Tip: Fitting in a hair mask can be challenging at times, and I'm not always able to set aside 20 minutes to turn the shower off and wait for the mask to do it's thing. Instead, I find ways to fit Eros into my everyday life, something called "habit stacking". Here are some ideas to incorporate Eros into your ritual:
- Apply first thing in the morning to hair you've dampened with a spray bottle; leave on while you make coffee, etc. Shower and enjoy your day.
- Workout with Eros in your hair
- Enjoy a sauna
- Throw Eros on anytime of the day, shower when ready
- Style your hair in a braid or bun with Eros and wash at the end of the day
