Turn the lower part of the pen until the liquid rises to the tip (about 15 turns on the first attempt).
Apply a small amount of the liquid to the teeth with the brush, avoiding the tongue and gums. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse with water.
Use once a day, preferably in the evening after brushing your teeth. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after application.
