This eyebrow refill is specially designed for the Eyebrow Pencil Cartridge from Clé de Peau Beauté. A cartridge-type brow liner that smoothly draws beautiful, delicate eyebrows.
- Contains the exclusive Clé de Peau Beauté advanced moisturising ingredient, Hydro-Wrap Complex EX.
- Developed with Argan Oil to provide smooth application and wear.
- Draw in eyebrows, as if drawing individual hairs.
- Start by drawing from the arch to the end of the brow, then from the arch to the centre of the brow, and lastly from the centre to the start of the brow.
- Finish by drawing in lightly at the start of the brow.
