This Bois Dore Eau de Parfum by Van Cleef & Arpels features top notes of spicy black pepper and various minerals fused with a heart of nutty almond, cedarwood, and tobacco. Base notes of tonka bean, teakwood and a touch of white musk ends the perfume for a tantalizing elixir.

Inspiration from perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin: “For Bois Doré, I envisioned an absolutely precious artisanal masterful creation -the fusion of woody nuances and the noble luster of gold. I therefore chose noble cedarwood for its preciousness and tonka bean for its almost hypnotic intensity and oppulence - magnificent as pure, real gold. A touch of musk and vanilla gives radiance and character to this irresistible fragrance.”
