The BON Mat can be used alone or in combination with the BON Pillow. Simply lay down or lean against the mat and let it do its magic!

- Use in the morning for aid in meditation.
- Step on your mat for a foot massage (Stand still - the nails will do the work). For less intensity, sit down and rest your feet on the mat.

- For more intense treatment on your bed or on the floor.
- For less intensity, lean against the back of a sofa, an armchair, or against stacked up pillows in bed. (The more body weight put on the nails, the more intense the sensation).
