After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail. In the e-mail you will find the tracking number that allows you to check the status of your shipment at any time. Furthermore, you have the possibility to check the shipping status in your personal NICHE-BEAUTY.COM customer account.

Within Germany, a normal standard shipment takes 3-5 days and costs 4.95€. Orders over 29,95€ are free of charge. The costs for express shipping are 9,95€ with the delivery on the next working day by 3pm. Free shipping on orders over 200€.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the Sale season, there may be a slight delay in your parcel delivery due to order volume; please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

NICHE-BEAUTY.COM offers beautifully designed gift vouchers in value from 25 to 500€. These are available either physically (by post) or digitally (by e-mail).

If you need to make any changes to your order, our team will need to know before shipping your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to change your order as requested, but please note that we also strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and therefore cannot guarantee that your changes can be made.

You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your items. You can find detailed instructions on how to return your items here.

Please note: a 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original condition, undamaged and unused. For used items we reserve the right to withhold a part of the refund amount. Please also note that we can only take back hygiene articles (vibrators and cone trainers) which still have the existing seal and which are not defective. The return of vouchers and e-vouchers is excluded.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

A 100% refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and are unused. For used items we reserve the right to deduct 50% of the retail price.

Should the minimum order value, set for the receipt of a Promotion Bag/Box be undercut due to your return, the Promotion Bag/Box must also be returned, else we reserve the right to deduct its retail value from your return value. Please note: only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order. They cannot be purchased on account, cash in advance or cash on delivery. A cash payment is excluded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Beauty Deals, Beauty Bags- and Boxes you receive from us free of charge as a part of promotion must only be returned if your order value falls below the order cap after your return. You can read more in our AGB´s .

The samples only apply in combination with a purchase and are only available while stock lasts. Perfume samples do not count as orders that include free items.

THE CLUB is Niche Beauty’s new membership program, which you can join to be rewarded with points as well as additional luxurious benefits with every purchase.

Upon joining THE CLUB, you automatically enter the "Essential" level. Once you've accumulated 750 points, you unlock the "Exclusive" level. For our most loyal top customers, there is also the "VIP" level, accessible by exclusive invitation only.

The only requirement for participation is setting up a customer account and checking THE CLUB checkbox. Detailed information on various ways to earn points and entering various levels can be found on our THE CLUB info page.

In THE CLUB, we differentiate between Status and Reward Points.

Status Points determine your level in THE CLUB, indicating whether you are in the Essential, Exclusive, or VIP level. They represent the total points you've earned within a year, increasing with each successfully completed order (points are credited to your account after 14 days, once the return period has expired). If the entire order is returned, no points will be credited. If only part of the order is returned, points will be credited only for the items you chose to keep. Points are valid for 12 months from the start of membership. After 12 months, the point balance resets, and a new membership year begins.

Reward Points can be redeemed for value vouchers in the form of a discount code at When redeeming the vouchers, the order value must exceed the voucher value. Your Reward Points may fluctuate depending on whether you've gained new points for activities or spent them on value vouchers. Reward Points expire 365 days after being collected, so redeem them quickly! You can view your Reward Points anytime in the customer account under „THE CLUB“ tab. This is also where you'll find your Status Points.

You receive 1 point for every 1€ spent, as well as additional points for various activities.

The purchase value for point calculation is determined based on the total price minus redeemed value/gift vouchers, shipping costs, and any discounts.

If you discovered THE CLUB after your purchase on the order confirmation page, you can still sign up retrospectively via the notice on the order confirmation page, and points for the last order before registration will be credited to you.

Please note that this happens after 14 days.

Your customer account may not have been logged in during the ordering process, resulting in no points being added.
Also, please note that it may take up to 14 days for the points to be credited to your account. Additionally, check the email address associated with the order.

In your customer account under "Orders," you can always view the points history in detail and track how many points you've collected or redeemed.
The current points are also displayed in THE CLUB overview inside your customer account.

Points are valid for 12 months from the start of membership. After 12 months, the point balance resets, and a new membership year begins.

With each new level in THE CLUB, you gain access to individual benefits.
From the VIP level onward, shipping is always free for you.

As a welcome gift to THE CLUB, you will receive a Welcome Box that will be sent to you with your first order from 20€ as THE CLUB member and is not tied to a minimum order value.
You also receive a Welcome Box when you reach the next level through your orders. Welcome Boxes are issued once per customer.

The contents of the Welcome Boxes for different levels differ as follows:

Welcome Box Essential:
3 travel-size products, 2 samples, valued at minimum €25.

Welcome Box Exclusive:
5 travel size products, 2 samples, valued at minimum €50.

Welcome Box VIP:
4 travel size products, 3 original size products, 2 samples, 1 Niche Beauty bag, valued at minimum €150.

You can terminate your membership at any time without a notice period directly in THE CLUB section in the customer account.
Points on your THE CLUB account expire at the time of membership termination without entitlement to reimbursement or payout.
If you do not accumulate points within a two-year period from the last purchase date, Niche Beauty is entitled to delete your THE CLUB account.

Changes or additions, especially to the points system or benefits, can be announced without stating reasons with reasonable notice within THE CLUB account or via email. This particularly applies to additional services granted by to THE CLUB members.
