- Adjust warmth. Chakrubs can be cooled down and heated easily by running them under tap water. For extended cooling, you can place it with some ice for a few minutes beforehand. Otherwise, your chakrub will naturally warm up with your body.
- Explore, Observe, Release. Your chakrub ritual is an expression of yourself. Make this a time to remove judgements, release stagnant energies, and reclaim what is yours. Open up to the possibility of great transformation, be patient with your process, and have fun! Always listen to your body and practice what feels good.
- Post play; wash, cleanse and store. You can do a quick wash and energy cleanse after everyday use. If it came with a selenite wand, keeping that nearby will help not only energetically cleanse the chakrub, but enhance the metaphysical properties of it as well. Do not get the selenite wand wet. Store your chakrub in a place that gives respect to your sacred item.
- Charge your Chakrub. You can charge your Chakrub under the full moon as you would any other crystal for more intense energy cleansing. You can also charge your Chakrub in the sunlight before play. The sunlight infused into your Chakrub can add many wonderful sensations during play. The sun will also help warm up your Chakrub, literally and figuratively!
- Diversify. Chakrubs do not need to be used solely for sexual purposes. Sleep with it, meditate with it, sunbathe with it, lounge with it, utilize it for ritual, etc.! Have fun with your Chakrub; it is there to be loved and to serve you.
