For an ethereal glow, apply Light Reflecting™ Luminizing Blush to the apples of the cheeks using the #16 Blush Brush and blend outwards towards the hairline.

To achieve a blushlighter effect, use a slightly smaller brush, like the #15 Precision Powder Brush, and apply Light Reflecting™ Luminizing Blush to the tops of the cheekbones blending up towards the temples.
