- Begin applying to the fullest part of your brow, slowly adding definition and filling in sparse areas using short strokes. Add more strokes to build a bolder brow look.
- Use the brush side of pencil to add shape and gently blend the color through brows.
- TIP: Use in tandem with Hi-Def Brow Gel to lock in your look.
