Matcha green tea blend in organic quality with an intense, creamy flavor, rich in antioxidants and L-theanine, long-lasting energy, vegan.
The ground green tea Traditional in Ceremonial Grade from the 1st + 2nd harvest is grown in Uji, Japan. The region is known for its clean water and nutrient-rich soil, free from pesticides. The leaves of the Tencha tea are hand-picked here, gently steamed, and then ground with granite stones. The organic certified Matcha impresses with its almost neon green color, its sweet, intense umami flavor - free from any bitterness!
- This high-quality 100% organic Matcha Traditional comes from the Uji region in Japan and was obtained from the first two harvests of the year.
- The Oshii blend consists of Seamidori, Okumidori and Yabukita. Compared to premium matcha, the tea has a more intense flavor.
- What sets matcha powder apart is its high proportion of healthy antioxidants. In contrast to green tea, where the tea leaves are only steeped in hot water, with matcha the entire ground leaf is consumed. This makes the taste more intense.

To prepare the tea, place a level teaspoon of matcha (equivalent to about 2 chasaku bamboo spoons) in a matcha bowl (chawan). Add a little water (approx. 30 ml) and stir the matcha with a matcha whisk (chasen) in a Z-shaped motion until creamy. The matcha can then be topped up with frothed milk and enjoyed.
For optimum storage, the matcha should be kept in a cool, dry place.
